we want you to love your liberate purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to info@liberateskin.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. simply return the unused portion, and upon our receipt we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping.

please note: only items purchased on www.liberateskin.com may be accepted for return. if you purchased your liberate product(s) at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for continued assistance.

to return a product, please send an email to returns@liberateskin.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. our warehouse does not accept returns. we cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address. we recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. we're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

if you need to exchange a product for the same item, send an email to returns@liberateskin.com and we will provide an exchange authorization and mailing information. our warehouse does not accept returns or handle exchanges. we cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the exchange authorization and the correct return address.


is liberate cruelty free?
liberate does not test on animals, nor are we sold in countries that require animal testing. we also do not source from suppliers who partake in animal testing practices. 

 

is everything you make really natural?
yep! we source both only the best and natural ingredients we can find, which includes but not limited to: natural & fruit oils, herbs and botanicals, as well as both kaolin & activated charcoal. all liberate products are 100% natural and beyond clean, meaning we use ingredients sourced from nature, omitting potentially harmful synthetics and harsh preservatives.  

 

are your products vegan?
absolutely! we are proud to to share that we use no animal ingredients whatsoever, and do not test nor condone testing on animals, and we use suppliers whom share our values.  

 

do your products contain gluten?
we are proud to share that due to our internal processes and proprietary formulas, we are a gluten free brand. that being said, we always reccommend you consult with your physician prior with your concerns.

 

where do we source our materials from?
our materials are proudly sourced in the USA. we're proud to note that we do research on our suppliers to ensure they are in alignment with our philosophy. 

 

what is the shelf life of our products?
due to the 'natural-ness' of our products, our products have a shelf life expectancy of 24 months. while we do use natural preservatives in efforts to keep ou the BADS, we'd also like to invite you to keep your products away from direct sunlight (or light) as well as to keep in a room temperature area.  

 

when is it best to apply a facial oil? can I use before makeup?
our facial oil is best used directly after a thorough facial cleanse and application of a facial essence or a toner, followed directly by our facial oil. for best results, we highly recommend pressing the facial oil directly into the skin in an upward motion. you are able to add a drop of the facial oil and mix directly into your foundation for that extra liberate glow.  

 

do your products contain any nut oils?
happy to confirm that our products do not contain any tree-nut oils; however we always reccommend you consult with your physician with any allergy concerns.

 

can I buy your products in my area?
yep! go to our "store locator" portion of of our page to find a retailer near you. if one isn't available, drop us a call or a DM and we'll take care of you from there. 

 

how soon can I expect my order?
we pledge that all orders are shipped out within 2 business days of receiving your order, and in most cases, ship out next business day. 

 

are your products made in the US?
absolutely! we are very proud to share that our products are both domestically sourced and created, in a wide range of our US states.

 

in what order is my skin regimen?
note that liberate can be added to any regimen you're currently using, but for best results, we encourage using the 'liberate lineup'. start with our fabulous cleanser, facial essence mist, facial oil, and seal in all the goodness with our moisturizer. use the body oil directly after stepping out of shower for best absorption rate.
